How to access the WCC Directory
If WCC is your church home and you'd like to connect, submit your contact information via the "Contact" link on this website, or fill out a connect card at WCC, and we'll set you up to log in and opt in to be listed.

How did you get my information?
We have the information provided when you fill out a Connect Card, Event Registration, or giving and volunteering, etc.
How do you use my information?
WCC Staff and Admin use your information to keep in touch with you, we will never sell or share your information.
Who can see my information?
The Directory is available to those who call WCC their church home, have provided their contact information, and have chosen to be included. Until you choose to be listed in the directory and set your privacy preferences, only WCC Staff and Admin can view your information.
Who decides what is shared?
You do! WCC Admin sets the options to choose from, but you decide what, if anything, you share.
Can I change my mind?
Absolutely. You can change your directory settings at any time. Your access to the directory changes with your preferences.
What is Elvanto?
Elvanto is a church management system that helps us do our best to keep in touch with our church family, run our programs and events, and schedule volunteers. Once you log in, you'll be able to see some of the functionality that helps things run as smoothly as possible.
What's the difference between the Elvanto app and the WCC Church app?
The WCC Church app is great for the public. You can fill in a digital copy of the sermon notes, watch the live stream, keep up with events, give, etc. The app has a link to the website, where you can access the directory via the "about" page.
The Elvanto app is all about participation. Church family members can get in touch with each other and ministry leaders. Volunteers can view their schedules, set their availability, and keep in touch with their team leaders/members. Individuals can update their contact information, view the directory, give online, and more.
